Strict 1 to 2 Hour Cancellation Window
If you placed an order accidentally or require modifications to your custom dimensions or polish selection, cancellation requests must be communicated strictly within 1 to 2 hours of order submission.
Policy After Window Expiry
After the 2-hour window has elapsed, the order enters active factory production or warehouse freight dispatch.
At this juncture, cancellations cannot be accommodated under any circumstances. If an in-stock parcel has already been turned over to the freight transporter, shipping biltis cannot be recalled.
